As we celebrate World Wellbeing Week 2025, with its inspiring theme of sharing, connection, and community, I’m delighted to introduce a new free resource designed specifically for health professionals, educators, and anyone working with young people. Why This Leaflet?

Anxiety among children and teens is increasingly common, and families often feel overwhelmed or unsure where to turn for support. While accessing professional help can sometimes be challenging, there is growing evidence that nutrition can play a meaningful role in supporting mental wellbeing. That’s why I’ve created an easy-to-share information leaflet that gives families practical, evidence-based guidance on how nutrition can help manage anxiety.
