I work with parents, carers, and women who want to support their own or their family’s mental and physical health.

I provide evidence-based nutrition strategies to help restore calm, balance, and long-term wellbeing, whether you are:

  • A parent supporting a teen or tween with anxiety,

  • A woman navigating perimenopause or feeling depleted,

  • Or simply ready to nourish yourself for better energy, mood, and resilience

This is for teens and young people who are:
