Your Menopause Code

A 12-week, clinician-led programme built entirely around your body and your data. It looks beneath your symptoms to find the metabolic drivers behind how you feel, then guides and supports you, step by step, towards real and measurable change.

Tired all the time. Brain fog that makes it hard to trust your own brain. Aches and pains you didn’t have before, and a metabolism that seems to have changed the rules without telling you. Everything that used to help just doesn’t seem to work any more.

This programme is designed for women ready to create their new instruction manual for midlife.

Who it’s for

Women navigating perimenopause or menopause who want to understand the metabolic changes behind their symptoms, and a clear, personalised plan to work with them, not against them.

You may be dealing with persistent fatigue, weight changes around the middle, brain fog, disrupted sleep, or mood shifts. Or all of the above, and more.

How it’s different

Everything here is built around you. Every recommendation comes from your data: a clinical body composition scan, two weeks of continuous glucose monitoring, and a structured assessment of the four metabolic drivers most disrupted by menopause (the Metabolic Quartet).

Rebecca reviews your check-ins every week. It keeps you accountable, on track, and means your questions get answered as they come up. The learning and support continue right through the 12 weeks, not just at your appointments.

Four drivers we assess and address

Insulin resistance

Blood sugar instability worsens at menopause and affects far more than your energy. Insulin resistance is closely linked to hot flushes, brain fog, mood changes, cravings and weight gain around the middle.

Visceral fat

Fat stored around the organs drives inflammation throughout the body. Higher levels are linked to increased pain, brain fog and anxiety, as well as worsening menopause symptoms. We measure and track it with the InBody scan.

Muscle mass

Losing muscle affects your energy and the way your body burns fuel. We’ll work on rebuilding it in a way that fits your lifestyle, fitness and preferences.

HPA axis (stress and sleep)

How you sleep and how your body handles stress directly affects your glucose, your weight and your hot flushes. We address these from week 1.

What you can realistically expect over 12 weeks

Visceral fat reduction

Directional decrease with consistent nutrition, targeted movement and cortisol management.

Steadier energy

Blood sugar stability can shift very quickly. Most women feel the difference within the first week.

Muscle preservation

Muscle is your metabolic engine. Preserving it keeps your energy up, your metabolism working and your body strong, for the 12 weeks and far beyond.

Improved menopause symptoms

Women improving their metabolic health commonly report better sleep, fewer hot flushes and night sweats, reduced brain fog, less anxiety and reduced pain.

Results vary by individual.

Frequently asked questions

Is this programme only for women with menopause symptoms?

It is designed specifically for women navigating perimenopause or menopause. If you are unsure whether it is right for you, start with a single Root Cause Clinic appointment and we can discuss whether the 12-week programme is the right next step.

Do I need to be on HRT to join?

No. The programme works alongside HRT or independently of it. Metabolic health support is beneficial either way.

What is the CGM and how does it work?

The Lingo continuous glucose monitor is a small sensor worn on the back of the upper arm for 14 days. It tracks your glucose levels in real time, showing how your body responds to food, movement, sleep and stress. Rebecca reviews your data before your Week 4 appointment.

What is the InBody 270?

The InBody 270 is a medical-grade body composition analyser. You stand on the device barefoot and hold two handles for approximately 15 seconds. It measures visceral fat level, skeletal muscle mass, body fat percentage and estimated metabolic rate. Results are used to build and track your plan across the 12 weeks.

Where does the programme take place?

All appointments are in person at The Beacon Hub, Portishead or The Garden Room, Clevedon.

This programme provides evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle guidance. It does not constitute medical treatment or diagnosis, and is not a substitute for advice from your GP or a menopause specialist regarding HRT or other medical management. Rebecca is an HCPC-registered Dietitian (PhD). Metabolic health support is beneficial alongside HRT use, and independent of it.
